What it is
A traditional French mayonnaise from Delouis, a family house going back to 1885, made with free-range eggs and mustard and no additives. It's richer and eggier than American jarred mayo.
How to best use it
Use it where the bread and the ham are the whole point: a thin swipe on a split baguette lets its eggy, mustardy richness do the work on a jambon-beurre or a simple ham-and-butter roll.
